Stupid
written by Ntambi I , November 20, 2009

Most Ugandans are stupid, instead of blaming M7's gov't for poor road maintenance they keep on blaming poor drivers.
But let me assure you that no country under the sun that will ever make any progress be4 working on it's roads.
Can someone say Amen!!

Blame the Minister of works
written by Tumwesigye Francis Kanyamunyu , November 21, 2009

We really feel disturbed by the Minister of works who use 1.1 trillion shillings yet the roads in the country are in a sorry state and he claims that he used the funds appropriately. Accidents are really hard to cub down since bad roads still prevail in our country.

We should blame the Minister of works who can use 1.1 trillion shillings yet the roads in the country are in a sorry state and he claims that he used the funds appropriately.

Shift the Blame to real problem
written by Mwesige , November 22, 2009

Blaming Government, ministry or the driver is counter productive without quantified basis (research); otherwise you are just speculating.

speculations work only for stock markets not solving traffic safety problems. Even in CA, USA, Europe where roads are to adequate capacity deaths still occur.

Count how many people have died within or near potholes, and make a case to those concerned. They will be solved, then investigate another thing. This is social responsibility and it helps improve our country. if you dont know how, consult those in the know for help.

How many times has the observer consulted experts on this in the country and other countries; reports are just speculative and therefore unhelpful.
